AUTOMATION & ASSEMBLY
ANT integrates automated assembly and inspection systems to support consistent and scalable production of connectors and cable assemblies. Our processes are designed to ensure repeatability and quality, combining automated connector assembly with in-line inspection to maintain tight control over critical features.
In addition, we utilize automated wire processing equipment for cutting, stripping, and crimping, enabling efficient and precise handling of cable assemblies. These capabilities allow us to meet high-volume production demands while maintaining consistent quality standards.
INJECTION MOLDING
ANT provides in-house injection molding for high-precision plastic components, including connector housings and complex geometries. Our team has extensive experience in molding challenging features such as sliders, complex shut-offs, and collapsible cores, enabling reliable production of intricate designs.
We support thermoplastic molding, two-shot molding, insert molding for connectors, and overmolding for cable assemblies, ensuring strong integration between components. Our operations utilize both hydraulic and electric presses ranging from 50 to 300 tons, allowing flexibility across different production requirements.

STAMPING
ANT specializes in high-precision progressive stamping for electrical contacts and mechanical components. To ensure consistent quality, we utilize fully automated optical inspection systems.
Our stamping machines range from 30 to 110 tons.
MACHINING
ANT operates a fully equipped tool shop supporting both internal production and external customer requirements. Our machining capabilities ensure precision and consistency for tooling and component manufacturing.
